The newly renovated and cozy vacation apartment is centrally located in the Biathlon World Cup village of Hochfilzen and offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountain landscape. On the balcony you can experience wonderful sunsets in the evening. The cross-country ski trail is just 100 meters from the house. The Saalbach Hinterglemm - Leogang - Fieberbrunn ski area can be easily reached in around 10 minutes by car or free of charge with the ski bus, which stops just a 2-minute walk away. The train station and a bakery can both be reached on foot in about 5 minutes. Explore the PillerseeTal in summer too - there's something for everyone here: whether it's leisurely walks along the crystal-clear Pillersee lake, more challenging mountain hikes with sensational views of the region's peaks or exploring the landscape on a mountain bike! You will certainly not miss out here!

In the house there is also a second holiday flat "Apartment Steffi" for another 4 persons. The two flats can also be booked together.

We are pleased to welcome you to our flat. My name is Julia, together with my boyfriend Andi I live in Schwendt. The holiday flat is in my parents' house. My parents live there on the ground floor. They will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

The 70 m² apartment is located in the attic on the second floor. The recently renovated apartment has an inviting eat-in kitchen, perfect for sociable evenings or relaxing hours in front of the TV. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower. From one of the two spacious bedrooms, you have direct access to the balcony, from where you can enjoy the view. Please note that pets are not permitted in this accommodation.
