If required, a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer can also be made available. A real highlight of this south-west-facing flat is the outdoor area. The terrace is covered and has heating. The large lawn invites you to sunbathe or play a game of badminton. The flat also has a bike shed and a car parking space. The kitchen is fully equipped and the entertainment technology is state of the art. W-LAN is free of charge and is provided via a fibre optic cable connection.
