Our 470 years old farm is situated in the little farmer village Flecken. Surrounded by a wonderful mountain scenery. Only some meters to the lift Buchensteinwand and the cross country course. From the Buchensteinwand you can ski directly to our house. Only in 10 minutes with the car you are in the biggest snowparadies austrians Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang- Fieberbrunn and the Steinplatte in Waidring. Also in summer it is an ideal starting point for bike tours and walks. But the most important thing for us is, that our guests are satisfied and enjoy their stay from the beginning. * the big rooms in which the children have a lot of place for playing * the tiled stove * the ceiling fresco, which is very exceptional * and the animals on our farm Your holiday will be an experience. Our house is also suitable for bigger families.
