New House in sunny position. Close to the ski-lifts, cross-country-tracks, center, walking-paths, and riding-stable. Detached house in sunny, calm and central position right at the forest edge with an outstanding panoramic view to the surrounding mountains. Only some minutes to walk to the "SKICIRCUS", the crosscountry-track, camping site with its wellness area "Energiebrunnen", the riding stable and the center. 15 minutes to walk to the bathing-lake "Lauchsee", the swimming pool and public sauna "Aubad and the tennis-courts. About 5 minutes by car to the mini golf court. This house is an ideal starting point for hiking, walking and bike tours. Enough parking space right at the house, wonderful garden with lawn and large playground for children, barbecue with seating possibilities, baby bed, high chair, buggy, toboggan, skid plate and backpack. Use of washing-maschine and tumbler - extra charge! Dogs are allowed but there is an extra charge!
