If required, a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer can also be made available. A real highlight of this south-west-facing flat is the outdoor area. The terrace is covered and has heating. The large lawn invites you to sunbathe or play a game of badminton. The flat also has a bike shed and a car parking space.
