Via ferrata Himmel & Henne

No cable car operation in summer 2024 due to new construction. The Wildseeloderhaus can be reached as follows:

Starting from the Streuböden valley station (Lindau 17, 6391 Fieberbrun), you reach the Streuboden mid-station* via the following routes:

• 8 via Ferchlstadl (approx. 1h)
• 1+711 Brendt (approx. 1.5 h)
• 1+711+7 Zillstatt (approx. 1.5 h)
• 1+Schweinestberg (approx. 1h / only in summer 2024)

Continue on path no. 12 ("Jägersteig"), past the Lärchfilzhochalm and the Grießenbodenalm. At the last curve, which would lead to the Wildalmen, turn off and follow path no. 18 sign and get to start of the via ferrata "Himmel und Henne" 19 (walking time approx. 4.5 h) - an easy via ferrata of difficulty grade A, managebale for children. Experienced climbers have plenty of choice too, with the "Geduldige" (B), the "Rassige" (C), or the "Zache" (D) routes, with guaranteed fantastic views.

Tip: Our two via ferratas Marokka and "Heaven and hen" can also be combined!
If you are in the mood for even more via ferrata, you can join the route to the via ferrata "Himmel und Henne" (difficulty level A). From the summit of Marokka, head towards the Henne, then branch off on the half-way point to the east following path-no. 22 (Gamssteig). At the end of the path, follow the sign no. 18 in the direction of the mountain station Reckmoos Nord. There is the entry of the via ferrata "Himmel und Henne" No. 19.
